How does the chatbot learn my website content?
We crawl your website, extract the text content from each page, split it into chunks, and create vector embeddings. When a question comes in via the webhook, we find the most relevant chunks and use them as context for the AI to generate an accurate answer.
Will the bot make up answers?
No. The bot is instructed to only answer based on your website content. If it cannot find relevant information, it will say so.
How do I use the webhook?
After creating your bot, you get a webhook URL. Send a POST request with {"question": "your question"} and get back a JSON response with the answer and source URLs.
Is the beta really free?
